Eggs, sausages, tomatoes, tea and wheat noodles
Exercise:
Heat the pan with less oil and fry the eggs until they are cooked.
Stir-fry tomatoes until soft, add eggs and ham.
Pour in the sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce +I tablespoons flying oil+a little salt+half a tablespoon sugar+1 tablespoon tomato.
Boil the noodles in water for 4 minutes, pour in tomatoes and eggs and stir well.
