Method of preparation:
Materials: 450 grams of sea melon seeds, 1 ? tablespoons of oil.
Seasoning: (A) 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, 2 tablespoons of minced green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced chili. (B) 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon each wine and vinegar.
Steps:
1: Immerse the capers in salted water to make them spit out the sand.
2. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and seasoning (A) to a sauté pan and cook on high for 2 minutes. Add the caper seeds and seasoning (B) and continue to heat for 5 minutes (stirring halfway through), then remove from the pan and serve. (Note: Special microwaveable sauté pan must be used).
