To deep-fry the dumplings softly, make sure to follow the correct method, and make sure to protect the dumplings from the hot oil before deep-frying.
Steps for deep-frying:
Step 1: Freeze the dumplings at room temperature for 10-20 minutes.
Step 2, pour vegetable oil into the pot, boil until seven minutes hot, use a leaky spoon to quietly put the snacks. Fry for 30 seconds to harden the skin, and then pull out with a spoon. If the action is not skillful can first turn off the fire.
