Step 1 Add matcha powder to white bean paste and mix well to make matcha bean paste. (No white bean paste this step can be saved)
Step 2 Beforehand the red bean paste, matcha bean paste rolled into small round. Refrigerate for later.
Step 3 Heat the powder, sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4 Heat and stir until thick and somewhat transparent.
Step 5 Line a small saucepan with safety film.
Step 6 Put a layer of heated kudzu powder in the plastic wrap before putting the bean paste filling.
Step 7 Cover the top with another layer of heated kudzu powder. You have to make these hot, if they get cold, they won't be easy to make.
Step 8 Tighten the plastic wrap and twist it into a ball.
Step 9 Put it in ice water to cool, or just put it in the refrigerator (but not too long, or it will turn white), about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 10 Use cornstarch or something like that, and make it also transparent and crystal clear. You can try it.
Tips: 1. When heating, keep stirring
2. When wrapping the filling, move fast and ride the heat.
3. Don't put it in the refrigerator for too long.
