Those that meet the food-grade standards are called edible animal and vegetable oils, and those that do not meet the standards are non-edible animal and vegetable oils. So far, there is no special classification standard for oils and fats in China, that is, what index can be eaten after refined processing reaches the edible standard, and oils and fats exceeding this index cannot be eaten as edible oils and fats. China has stipulated that waste oils and fats are inedible and can be used as food raw materials to produce food, but this regulation is too rough to adapt to the present era. How can it be legal without standards? Therefore, there will be a discussion on whether the waste oil can meet the edible oil standard after refining, because the current refining technology can completely achieve the edible oil standard by refining the oil with the worst index, but the existing detection methods can't detect it. Therefore, I hope that China will introduce the classification standard of oil products as soon as possible, and everyone will operate according to the standard, so that there can be laws to follow and law enforcement can be well-founded. Breaking the current administrative legislation that deviates from the standard is not convincing, because it is easy to generate power greater than the law.
