1, Lanzhou Lily
Lanzhou lily is extremely sweet, with little fiber and no bitterness. The lily it produces is big, extremely sweet and white as jade. Lanzhou lily belongs to Shandan, which is the best among lilies and the only edible sweet lily in China. Fresh lily is white and shiny, with plump scales, sweet and refreshing. Dried lily is white and dry.
2. Lanzhou Taiping Drum
Since the Qing Dynasty, Taiping Drum has been circulated in the vast areas of Northeast China and North China. The Taiping drum used is similar in appearance to the round fan. It is made by covering a round iron ring with donkey skin, horse skin or sheepskin, with a cross-sectional diameter of 30 ~ 40 cm, and the leather surface is plain or painted with patterns. The iron ring is decorated with several fluffy balls, and the lower end of the drum handle is decorated with several small iron rings or pairs of small copper cymbals.
3. Soft pear (frozen pear)
Frozen pears include Ruaner pear, Ma Nitou pear and Wo pear, which are all local varieties in Lanzhou. Frozen pears are picked in September and eaten fresh. Their taste is more sour than sweet. Except for soft pears, the latter is sour, and the fruit is dense and has a choking feeling at the entrance. Frozen pears will not deteriorate after being frozen for a long time, and they can be stored naturally until the Spring Festival or longer. If they are refrigerated in the freezer, they will not deteriorate for a year or two.
4. Bitter rose
Bitter rose, one of the four major rose strains in China, is a rare plateau selenium-enriched rose variety in the world. 1984, the Standing Committee of Lanzhou Municipal People's Congress decided that the bitter rose was the flower of Lanzhou City. Bitter rose has successively obtained the certificate of origin mark registration issued by AQSIQ and the trademark registration certificate issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is a geographical indication registration of agricultural products certified by the Ministry of Agriculture and a pollution-free agricultural product.
5, small mouth jujube
Small-mouth jujube fresh jujube has the characteristics of large grain weight, crisp and delicious taste, long-term drying of dried jujube, thick meat and rich nutrition, and is an excellent food for both edible and medicinal purposes. Small-mouthed jujube has won the Grade A Green Food Product in China, the Top Ten Famous Fruits in Gansu Province and the Excellent Award in the First China Jujube Industry Conference.
