Ingredients
250 ??ml distilled apple cider vinegar, 250 ml soy sauce, 125 ml vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds, half a teaspoon of crushed dried chili pepper, 1 small rub of chili powder
Method
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, dried chili peppers and chili powder;
2. Leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
