01. Yangchun noodles
Ingredients: a small handful of thin noodles, a small spoonful of lard, an appropriate amount of chopped green onion, a small spoonful of salt, 1 spoonful of Lee Kum Kee thin salted light soy sauce
Steps:

02. Cheese and ham toast
Ingredients: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese, a spoonful of mayonnaise, 4 grams of butter (1 small piece) , 1 egg
Steps:
1. Put a small piece of butter in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, fry the ham slices and set aside.

Ingredients: 4 free-range eggs, chives, ham, salt
Recipe steps:

06. Steamed Egg with Shrimp
