Open the bowl of stomach cold bacteria
Ingredients: 500 grams of cold bacteria and 75 grams of millet pepper. Seasoning: vegetable oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, steamed fish black bean oil, white sugar, sesame oil, Jiang Mo, garlic and fresh soup.

Cold-simmering bacteria
Raw materials: 500 grams of fresh cold bacteria and 50 grams of sliced meat. Seasoning: lard, salt, monosodium glutamate, oyster sauce, water starch, ginger slices and fresh soup.
Practice: 1 Remove the mud from the cold bacteria and clean them in water (when washing, pay attention to mixing the cold bacteria in the water in one direction to wash out the sand and soil quickly). 2 put lard in the pot, stir-fry ginger slices, stir-fry meat slices, pour fresh soup, add cold bacteria, simmer cold bacteria with low fire, add salt, monosodium glutamate and oyster sauce, and hook starch and pour tail oil when the soup is thick.
