The method is as follows:
Step 1. Cut carrots and cabbage into shreds, and cut green onions and ginger into shreds
Step 2. Put oil in the pot
Step 3: Heat 60% to 70% oil, add green onion and ginger and stir-fry

Step 5: Add vegetables and continue to stir-fry
