Milk should not be consumed with the following foods at the same time:

3. Taking milk and vinegar together can cause abdominal discomfort, abdominal pain and bloating.
4. Taking milk and chocolate at the same time can cause dry hair, diarrhea, calcium deficiency, and slow growth and development.
5. Milk and red dates will affect the absorption of protein.
