The practice of steaming eggplant
Preparation materials: 2 purple eggplants, oyster sauce, salt, soy sauce, dried peppers, coriander and shallots.
Steps:
1, wash the eggplant.
2. Wash the eggplant and cut it obliquely into pieces half a centimeter thick.
3. Put the eggplant slices on the plate.
4. Put it in a steamer, steam for 10 minute, and use any steamer.
5. Choose a few dried peppers and cut them into small pieces. Pour them in boiling oil and fry them. Add shallots, salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce, and add 2 spoonfuls of boiling water to mix well.
6. Boil the steamed eggplant and add the washed and cut parsley. Just pour the prepared juice evenly on the eggplant.
