Condensed Milk 1/3 can Clear Water 185g x 5
Steps to Make Brown Sugar Coconut Milk Layered Cake
1.? Take a group photo first.
2.? Brown sugar 400 grams add 100 grams of white sugar, 185 grams x 4 = 740 grams of water, simmer over low heat until all the sugar inside melts, let cool and set aside.
3.? When the brown sugar water is cool, add 250 grams of horseshoe powder and mix well.
4.? Pour 400 grams of coconut milk together in a large bowl, add 1/3 can of condensed milk, 185 grams of water, 250 grams of water chestnut powder, and mix well.
5.? Take two square solid-bottomed cake molds, (I only have a square one, so I found a round stainless steel bowl), to the usual small bowl to measure.
6. Steamer pot into the right amount of water, put the mold, first a small bowl with a bowl of seasoned brown sugar syrup, steam on high heat for 5 minutes, and then a bowl of coconut milk syrup, steam for another 5 minutes, and so on, until the mold is full of steam.
7.? The other one is the same, you can make two pots. Let it cool before chilling in the fridge for a better flavor!
8.? Remove and cut into diamond shapes.
