Fry at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.
Materials: chicken breast, cooking wine, salt, sugar, five-spice powder, egg white, starch, breadcrumbs.
Step 1: Cut the breast meat into strips of the same size (thick shredded), add cooking wine, salt, sugar, five-spice powder, egg white and cornstarch, scrub well and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2: Dredge the marinated breast meat evenly with breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Place in a preheated air fryer, spread in a flat layer, and cook at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.
Step 4: Chicken fillet is ready.
