1 milk with sugar and stir evenly until there are no particles. Sift in the flour and mix well with an egg beater. Add egg yolks one by one and stir well.

2 egg whites are wet and foamed without sugar.

3 Add the beaten egg white paste into the egg yolk paste several times and stir well.

4 Heat the pan with low fire, add salad oil, and when the oil temperature comes up, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan.

Spread it out (I slowly turn the pan to spread it out). After a while, turn the bread over until both sides of the cake are fried golden brown, and then you can serve it.

6. Cut out two patterns with a heart-shaped mold and put them on the tray. It is best to have a special electric mold.
