Composition:
Pork ribs, white flour, buckwheat noodles, soup stock, soy sauce, chopped green onion, salt, minced meat, sugar and vinegar.
Practice steps:
Wash and chop the ribs, no problem if they are bigger;
Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, a little vinegar, soup stock and sesame oil and mix well. Old stock needs more.
The ribs will absorb water, so that the steamed jiaozi will be juicy, and it will take a week for the ribs to taste.
Add chopped green onion before wrapping jiaozi and mix well;
The ratio of cold water to flour, white flour and buckwheat noodles is 3:2, which can be adjusted by yourself or 1: 1. buckwheat noodles can make ribs cook faster.
Don't mix the noodles too hard, it will affect the taste, and it is best to wrap the bones with soft noodles;
Soup stock: the soup for cooking big bones, because the spices such as pepper, aniseed, cinnamon and fragrant leaves have been omitted when cooking bones, so it is only necessary to marinate the ribs.
Add a little salt and soy sauce to taste;
Wrapped in a pot and steamed. After the fire is boiled, steam for 25 ~ 30 minutes. When finished, carefully pick up jiaozi, and don't tear the skin that sticks together.
Otherwise, the soup in jiaozi will flow out, and it will not be so perfect;
Take out the pot and put the bowl on the table to enjoy.
