2. Authentic beef balls are beaten with iron bars and hammered into meat paste. We don't have that condition, so we chop them into minced meat with a knife, then put them in a cooking machine and stir them into mud. Then, when chopping, we pick out the found meat tendons to make the meat more delicate.
3. Put the chopped meat in the cooking machine, add a little egg white and a little water to beat it. After the beating is completed, add a little white sugar, pepper, starch and cooking wine to continue the button beating. Finally, add some oil and beat it until it is strong.
4. Boil a proper amount of water in the pot, take a proper amount of mashed beef and squeeze it into beef balls by hand. After the water is boiled, put it into the pot and cook it.
