1. King Oyster Mushroom Egg Pancake: Blanch the King Oyster Mushroom slices in water, and cut the ham sausage in half. Add three eggs to the blanched king oyster mushrooms and stir evenly. Pour the stirred king oyster mushroom egg liquid into the pot, spread it flat and fry until cooked. Adjust the sauce. In a bowl, add one spoon of minced garlic, one spoon of tomato paste, one spoon of chili powder, one spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, half a chopped onion, and a spoon of water. Stir well and set aside. Spread the prepared sauce on the egg pancake, add two pieces of lettuce, ham sausage and lettuce, and roll them up with your hands. Cut into small pieces and serve on a plate.
2. Lemon Sprite Noodles: Mince the garlic and shallots, shred the ham sausage, and cut the coriander into sections and set aside. Put the chopped side vegetables into a bowl, add chili powder, a small packet of instant noodle seasoning, pour in hot oil and stir quickly evenly. Add mature vinegar, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce and a little sesame oil, a bottle of ice-cold Sprite, add three slices of lemon and stir well. After the water in the pot boils, add a pack of instant noodles. No other seasonings are needed. Boil the instant noodles until they become slightly soft, take them out and soak them in ice water for five minutes. Drain the chilled cooked instant noodles and add them to a large bowl, add shredded ham, shredded cucumber, minced garlic, minced shallots, and fried peanuts. Pour in the prepared sauce, stir the sauce and instant noodles evenly, sprinkle with coriander and serve.
3. Shrimp soba noodles: Beat eggs in a bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a pot, pour egg liquid into it, stir well and add hot water. When the water in the pot boils, add the soba noodles. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of light soy sauce. Add fresh shrimps, add lettuce when shrimps change color. Finally add salt to taste, turn off the heat and serve.
