2. When the Steamer is done preheating, place the eggs in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the eggs and place them in ice water to cool the outside of the eggs rapidly.
4. Crack the spa eggs and pour into a bowl.
5. Add soy sauce, seaweed, scallions and sesame seeds in turn.
