Ingredients: 500g chicken fork, 45g fried chicken powder, soy sauce 1 tsp, cooking wine 1 tsp, salt12 tsp, appropriate amount of cooked soybean oil, and a small piece of raw onion.
Steps:
1. Remove fat from chicken fork, cut into large pieces, rinse with clear water, and then drain.
2. Add soy sauce, cooking wine and salt and mix well.
3. Add fried chicken powder and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
4. Put a small piece of raw onion into the pot of big fire, and observe a series of small guns around the onion, indicating that the oil temperature has reached.
5. Fried chicken fork piece by piece.
6. Turn off the heat, fry for about 3 minutes until the surface color turns yellow, and take it out.
7. Turn the fire to raise the oil temperature again and fry in the chicken fork for about 30 seconds.
8. Use kitchen paper towels to absorb excess grease and serve it on a plate.
