Practice:

3. After the clams open their mouths one by one, add 10g unsalted butter, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and a handful of chopped shallots, mix well and cook slightly.

Wash the wax gourd and peel it.
Cut into thin slices with a thickness of about 2mm, and chop garlic and shallots respectively.
