Pork slices (bought from the supermarket and cut into XD) were marinated with oil and salt the night before;
When curing pork, soak rice in water;
Cut the dried vegetables into small pieces about 5 cm and soak them in rice;
Get up in the morning and pour everything into the rice cooker (I used to make rice in the rice cooker) and add about 7 bowls of water. Press the cooking button;
Wait for 45 minutes.
Precautions:
1. The rice cooker in the dormitory has no energy to cook porridge, so it sometimes boils and overflows. Just open the lid and stir it.
2. After cooking, don't open the lid if you have time, and the porridge will be even more cotton after fifteen minutes of boring.
