Braised Spicy Chicken Claws
Ingredients:
Chicken claws, ginger, garlic, chili peppers
Steps:
1. Chicken claws cleaned and spare, chili peppers cleaned and cut up and spare, ginger, garlic cleaned and cut up and spare.
2. Start a pan of hot oil burst ginger garlic chili, add chicken claws stir fry a few times, add a spoonful of soy sauce, add a spoonful of oil, add a large bowl of water, boil for an hour.
3. Stir fry a few times, add a small spoon of salt stir fry a few juices, out of the pan on the plate, open to eat.
