When you come home from a day's work, you don't want to go to the kitchen at all, so I basically choose to make a quick and easy cold drink at night. I'd mix it up with hot and sour sauce, and put on my favorite vegetables and fruits. If you want to eat meat, you can cook chicken breast and make a chicken cold noodles. Or add stir-fried minced meat, vegetables, meat and fruit, more nutritious, suitable for the whole family.

Ingredients
Noodles, okra, kiwi, melon or small watermelon, garlic, scallions, chili pepper, paprika
Sugar 1 tbsp, white sesame seeds 1 tbsp, soy sauce 3 tbsp, vinegar 2 tbsp, salt
Practice
1, take a bowl, cut up minced scallions, garlic, chili pepper and chili pepper, sesame seeds, pepper, and put it together, hot a little bit of oil in the pot and pour it on.
