How to Make Garlic Cheese Baked Prawns (Oven Version)

Wash the prawns, cut off the spears and whiskers, and pick off the buns and intestines. Split the prawns in the middle with a knife.

Minute the garlic.

Slice the onion into large thick slices.

Cheese slices are cut into 4 equal pieces.

Preheat the oven to 220°C~

Line a baking sheet with tin foil, line up the onion slices, sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper, and finally drizzle a little bit of salad oil over each onion slice.

Add the butter, salt, and cracked black pepper to the garlic in a small bowl and make a butter-garlic sauce. If the butter is too hard, soften it in the microwave by dinging it for a few seconds.

Spread the garlic sauce on the meaty part of each shrimp.

Cover with sliced cheese or sprinkle with grated cheese~

Bake in the middle of the oven at 220℃ for about 15 minutes on both upper and lower heat until the shrimp are ripe and the cheese is browned~

Tips

1, it is recommended that you use larger shrimp to make this dish, as small shrimp will lose their moisture after baking

2, it is recommended that you use scissors to cut the shrimp, as the effect is the same

2, it is difficult to cut them open, and the result is the same. In between the temperament of each oven is not the same, so 220 degrees 15-minutes or so for reference only. As my home is a 10L small oven, so this is the setting

5, garlic sauce is not easy to over-salt seasoning, because the cheese itself has a flavor

6, shrimp split such as excess moisture, available kitchen paper towels will be used to absorb the excess water, to avoid baking too much water

7, baked can be sprinkled with rosemary powder (Rosemary) or French incense (Paesley) powder, which is also used in the baked goods, and then baked. Paesley powder can be sprinkled with rosemary or Paesley powder after baking to enhance the flavor
