I. The Paris Olympics
The Games of the XXXIII Olympiad, or Paris 2024, is an international Olympic event organized by France. The Games opened on July 26 and closed on August 11, 2024, with some events starting first on July 24th.
On September 13, 2017, Thomas Bach announced that the host city for the 2024 Olympics would be Paris, which, with its successful bid, became the 2nd city in the world, after London (UK), to host the Summer Olympics at least three times, and to host the Olympics again, a century after the 1924 Paris Games.
II. Olympic Bid Logo
At 8:24 p.m. on February 11, 2016, the Paris Bid Committee for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games unveiled at the Arc de Triomphe the final selected logo design for the bid.
The bid logo consists of the Arabic numeral "24," with lines immediately reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower, which best represents Paris, and the logo itself is a rainbow gradient color with the words "Paris" in sequence below it." The logo itself is a rainbow gradient color with the words "Paris", "2024 Olympic Bid City" and the five rings below. The "24" represents not only the year of the bid, but also the year that Paris last hosted the Games.

The Olympic Games is the world's largest comprehensive games hosted by the International Olympic Committee, every four years, the duration of the meeting not more than 16 days, is the world's most influential sports event.
It originated in Ancient Greece more than two thousand years ago, and was named after the venue in Olympia. After the ancient Olympic Games were suspended for 1,500 years, the Frenchman Coubertin proposed an initiative to organize the modern Olympic Games in the late 19th century.
The Olympic Committee was established in 1894, the first Olympic Games were held in Athens, Greece, in 1896, the first Winter Olympics in 1924, the first Paralympics in 1960, the first Winter Paralympics in 1976, the first Youth Olympics in 2010, and the first Winter Youth Olympics in 2012.
II. Symbols
The Olympic Games have a series of unique and distinctive symbolic symbols, such as the Olympic logo, motto, Olympic flag, anthem, emblem, medals, mascots, etc. These symbols have rich cultural meanings, and figuratively embody the values and cultural connotations of the Olympic ideal.
The five Olympic rings symbol, which consists of five Olympic rings socketed together, has five colors: blue, black, red, yellow and green. The meaning of the five rings is to symbolize the unity of the five continents as well as the athletes from all over the world meeting at the Olympic Games in a spirit of fairness, frank competition and friendship.
