Materials: 1 cabbage
Ingredients: oil dripping chili pepper, garlic, ginger, salt, white rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence
Cabbage torn into small pieces by hand, the size of their own preferences. Put it in a larger pot and sprinkle it evenly with salt, a little more doesn't matter! Drown overnight.
The next day, wash the pickled vegetables 2 times with water to remove the excess salt, and then squeeze out the water!
Because they've been salted beforehand, there's no need to add salt here.
Put the chili peppers, garlic, ginger, white rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and chicken broth in a bowl and mix with the cabbage!
Pack in a larger bowl and serve as you like! You can put it in the refrigerator for a week without any problem. And the later it gets, the more flavorful it becomes. By drowning the cabbage beforehand, it removes the excess
water.
