Stewing ribs with "meat/chicken" button.
Pot stewed ribs steps are as follows:
Step 1, cool water into the ribs, high heat heating. See the picture below:
Step 2, boil and cook for 3,5 minutes, during which time skim off the foam. Step 3: After cooking, put the ribs into cold water to cool, remove the blood foam again, and then remove and drain the water.
Step 4: Stir-fry the pork ribs in 20ml of oil in a lightly heated wok, adding 60-80g of sugar. see below:
Step 5: Heat the wok over low heat until the sugar dissolves and white bubbles form, then add the pork ribs and stir-fry. See the picture below:
Step 6: The meat will lower the temperature of the pot, so you can increase the heat appropriately. See the picture below:
Step 7: Stir-fry until you are satisfied with the color, then stop, and serve in the pressure cooker. See the picture below:
Step 8, prepare the spice packet, onion, ginger and garlic cut into pieces. Step 9: Put the spices into the pressure cooker, wrap the spice packet in saran wrap and tie the mouth tightly. Add soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar (20g). See the picture below:
Step 10: Add cool water to cover the ribs. See the picture below:
Step 11, select the stew program, press the start button on it. See the picture below:
