The dark culinary world in "The Little Master of China" is a chef organization, composed of a group of descendants of chefs who call themselves Liangshan heroes, with its headquarters in Liangshanbo. They attempt to achieve the goal of controlling all of China with cooking through the important position of chef, who controls the life and death of all people in the world.

In the final imperial competition in the animation, the ultimate goal of the dark cooking world is to control the incompetent emperor and then control all of China.
