Ingredients: cucumber 100g, carrot 50g, dried tofu 50g, onion 50g, dried skin 50g, kohlrabi 50g, tomato 50g, tenderloin 50g.
Accessories: salt, oil, monosodium glutamate, sugar, vinegar, garlic, coriander, Chili oil, cooking wine, starch and pepper.
Steps:
1. Shred cucumber, carrot, dried tofu, onion, kohlrabi and tomato, and put them on the plate.
