The difference between watercress and celery is mainly reflected in two aspects. First, the growth habit is different, water celery is usually grown in the south of the river gorge, next to the paddy fields, where the water is deep and the soil is fertile. And celery is mostly dry celery, common in the northern region. Secondly, the morphological characteristics are different. Watercress stems are small, light green, smells faintly fragrant.
