Xinjiang mutton kebabs need all ingredients urgently.
Preparation materials: leg of lamb, cumin powder, cumin granules, Chili noodles, Chili granules, salt, white pepper, vegetable oil, onion, cooking wine and ginger slices.

First, the first step is to cut the prepared leg of lamb into mutton grains of about 1 cm with a knife, as shown in the following figure.
