Steps
1. Unwrap the chilled king crab and wash it.
2. Lift the lid off the crab, remove the lungs (gills-like flocculent material), remove the legs one by one and cut the crab body into four pieces.
3. Add water to the pot, add ginger slices, place the split king crab pieces on top of the cage drawer, and steam over high heat for 5 minutes after the water boils.
4. Add soy sauce, white rice vinegar and sesame oil to the ginger and mix it into "three oils". Steamed crab pieces dipped in the sauce to eat.
