Ingredients?
Three sausages
2 green peppers
2 small cloves of garlic
A little salt
A little oil
How to fry sausage with green pepper?
Cut the sausage into slices.
Cut the green pepper into sections and cut the garlic into thin slices.
Put a little oil in the pot, just a little is enough. It is mainly used to fry green peppers. Oil will come out when the sausages are fried. When the oil is 50% to 60% hot, add garlic and green pepper, stir-fry for a while, and add a little bit of salt. Also, don't add too much salt. Just add the flavor to the green pepper. The sausage itself has a salty taste.
When the green pepper has a strong flavor and becomes darker in color, put the sausage into the pot, stir-fry, add a little water, or not add it, depending on the oiliness of the sausage. The sausage I bought was thinner and didn't produce much oil, so I added a little bit of water, about 10ml, which is just as much as a bottle cap.
Stir-fry for about two or three minutes and it will be ready. You can add some MSG, chicken essence, etc. before serving. I usually don’t add it. The sausages you buy must have a lot of MSG added to them.
