Memories of the piece of candy stuck in the throat
I never knew that a movie could make people so uncomfortable. At this point, I have a deep understanding of a word: "congested" . It's like a piece of candy stuck in your throat, you can't cough it down, you can't swallow it! Maybe everyone who has watched "Fruit Candy" will have the same feeling: watch, can't stand it, stop, but can't resist the temptation. Of course, exceptions are made for those with mental disorders.
In fact, the whole story is about how a 14-year-old girl tortured a 30-year-old man mentally and physically. It is true that this is quite subtle and a bit of a gimmick. I went there because of the gimmicks and the IMDB 7.2 rating, but the content of the film is far from what can be clearly stated in this sentence.
The heroine is Ellen Page, who has appeared in movies: Mouth to Mouth; Fruit Candy; and the little girl who walks through walls in X-Men 3. She feels young, probably around 15 years old, but she has acting skills beyond her years. A little girl who is smart and cute but a little scary is portrayed by her to the fullest!
Of course, the acting skills of the male protagonist (Patrick Wilson) are also very good, which makes me always sympathize with him who is in a weak position. (How ironic!) It is the extraordinary acting skills of the two actors that make this film, in which 80% of the dialogue scenes between the two of them, receive high praise.
The film was rated R when it was released in the United States, and it was also 18+ across Europe. Is it because there's a lot of plasma flying around? Or exposed to the extreme? Or is there a lot of foul language? no. Dear readers, I guarantee here that it is absolutely not the case. It is because the plot of the film has the tendency to induce juvenile delinquency. (It is estimated that this film will not enter cinemas in China within 20 years.)
The social problems reflected in the film also point to the painful points and are thought-provoking. Teenage issues; women's rights issues; and online dating issues that trouble many parents are all increasingly serious issues in today's society. I believe that after watching this film, everyone will have different thoughts on these many issues. Because this is just about talking about a movie I like, not a civil service exam, I won’t analyze it one by one here.
Finally, we would like to remind our masculine male compatriots to remember not to place lethal objects around your body when watching this film, so as not to throw them at your computer or computer when you are excited. TV, causing unnecessary property damage.
