Chaoshan Beef Balls and Crispy Garlic Noodles Soup

Ingredients:
Beef balls/beef tendon balls noodles with green onions/parsley
Garlic crispy shacha sauce salt oyster sauce pepper
Method:
1. Boil the noodles under boiling water When cooked, put into a noodle bowl and set aside
2. Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add beef balls/beef tendon balls, boil the water and cook for 5 minutes
3. Season with appropriate amount of salt and oyster sauce , turn off the heat, add pepper according to personal taste, and pour into the noodle bowl
4. Sprinkle with chopped green onion/parsley and crispy garlic. The beef balls can be dipped in the Shacha sauce, and eat!
