The practice of stewing peanuts with pig's trotters
1. Wash pig's trotters and cut into pieces. Soak peanuts in clear water. Wash ginger and pat it flat for later use.
2. Add water to the pot to boil, add the pig's trotters and bleed water, and pick them up for later use.
3. Put the trotters and peanuts into the pressure cooker.
4. Pour the moon wine, appropriate amount of water and salt.
5. Add the beaten ginger, close the lid and stew over high fire, and steam in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
6. Put the stewed pig's trotters on a plate and serve.
