Stir cleaning of stirred freezing cylinder
Unscrew four nuts fixed on the distribution valve body in front of the machine, remove the distribution valve body, take out the stirring shaft in the freezing cylinder, soak it in 84 disinfectant of 10- 15 minutes, wipe the freezing cylinder once with a rag stained with disinfectant, wipe it again with a clean rag after cleaning, and reinstall the stirring shaft and distribution valve body.

Cleaning of storage tank
After the ice cream machine is powered on, put the water containing disinfectant and food washing liquid into the ice cream machine, wipe the periphery of the storage tank with a rag, and press the button marked with cleaning on the front operation panel of the ice cream machine. The mixing system of the machine is started, about 1 min. Take out the disinfectant or washing liquid from the machine, pour clean water repeatedly for cleaning, and stop the machine (press the stop button) until the water has no peculiar smell. Wipe the periphery of the storage tank of the ice cream machine with a dry rag to finish the disinfection and cleaning of the ice cream machine, and then the ice cream can be made.
