How to make beef udon noodles?
Put a proper amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil.
Add udon noodles
Pick it up with chopsticks for about a minute.
Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add onion, garlic and celery, and bake over low heat.
Add the right amount of water and turn to a big fire.
Add the right amount of salt, not too much, and finally add the right amount of marinade when adding beef, not too salty.
Pour out the udon noodles.
Cover the pot and bring to a boil. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about two or three minutes. Turn off the heat, add monosodium glutamate and mix well.
Put some beef and duck hearts in the bowl and add them according to your own preferences ~ My husband doesn't eat onions, so I will help him clip them off while putting them.
