OriginThis product is the dried rhizome of the plant Zhi Mu Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge. Roots. It is harvested in spring and fall, and the roots and sediment are removed and dried in the sun, which is known as "hairy motherwort"; or the outer skin is removed and dried in the sun.

Identification
