Basha fish are generally cultured artificially, because the lowest adaptive temperature of Basha fish is 10 degrees, so big sharks are not tolerant to low temperature. There are many ways to eat sharks. Some people will make Basha fish into boiled fillets or fried fish pieces. Of course, some people will put Basha fish in hot pot.
According to personal tastes, the method of making Basha fish is different. As I personally prefer spicy taste, so I prefer to eat Basha fish in hot pot, or make it into boiled pork slices. Then I'll introduce a method of Basha fish that I think is the best.
First of all, we need to thaw the bought Basha fish, because the Basha fish in the market is generally frozen food, so we should thaw it first and change the Basha fish into thin fillets. Then put it in, wash it with cooking wine first, and then add an egg essence, a proper amount of raw flour, a little salt and a little cooking wine for pickling.
Boiled fish fillets also need a lot of side dishes, usually Flammulina velutipes and bean sprouts. Potato chips, cucumber chips, bean skin. We also need to prepare some millet spicy and pepper grains, and pour them with hot oil at the last moment to stimulate its fragrance.
Heat the oil from the pot, add the chafing dish bottom material to stir fry, then add the ginger slices, garlic slices, green onion slices and some millet peppers, stir fry the red oil, then add the clear water, and add the ingredients we just prepared after boiling. Cook until uncooked, remove and set aside.
Slowly put our fish fillets in the pot, add a little chicken essence, pepper, soy sauce and soy sauce for seasoning. After the water is heated again, slowly pour the whole pot of boiled fish meat into the side dish basin.
After it's good, add pepper granules, dried peppers, garlic foam and sesame seeds to the side dish, then add coriander and chopped green onion.
