2. For cooling enema, use isotonic saline at 28-32℃ or isotonic saline at 4℃, keep it for 30 minutes before discharging, and then measure the body temperature every half hour after defecation and make records.

3. Patients with hepatic coma are forbidden to use soapy water enema to reduce the production and absorption of ammonia.

4, guide the patient to establish normal defecation habits, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more water and strengthen exercise.

5, observe the condition at any time during the enema, found that the pulse speed, pale face, cold sweat, severe abdominal pain, palpitation and shortness of breath, should immediately stop the enema, and notify the doctor.

6, contraindications, pregnancy, acute abdomen, gastrointestinal bleeding patients should not be enema.
