How to make pickled cabbage, beans, shredded pork and glutinous rice noodles

Noodles are the staple food of northerners, and rice is the staple food of southerners. To be honest, for I really don’t like noodles, I only eat them occasionally. But when I eat noodles, my mother always makes my favorite flavor.

Notes
Adding a little salt to the flour will make the pressed noodles more Tendon
If you don’t have a noodle machine, you can use purchased cut noodles or roll your own noodles.
