Pork, celery, ginger slices, 8 pieces of pepper, salt, chicken essence, garlic slices, red pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, clear oil and sweet potato powder
Practice
1. Wash pork, shred it and put it on a plate, and add a little salt, soy sauce and sweet potato powder.
2. Shred red pepper and cut celery into strips for later use.
