p>1. Preparation materials: pork tenderloin, onions, garlic and tomato sauce.
2. Wash and drain the pork tenderloin, cut into strips as thick as your little finger, add cooking wine, a little salt and pepper until sticky and marinate for about 10 minutes.
3. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
4. Sprinkle the marinated tenderloin with starch and mix well, and shake off excess starch.
5. Pour more vegetable oil into the pot and heat it up, add in the tenderloin and fry until it changes color, then take it out (try to keep the meat immersed in the oil, if there is a lot of meat, you can fry it in batches).
6. Heat the oil in the pot to 8-9% heat again, add the tenderloin and fry until golden brown, then remove and drain the oil.
7. In another pan, add garlic and white part of scallions and saute until fragrant.
8. Pour in an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, and add a little light soy sauce and sugar.
9. When the fire is boiling, add the tenderloin and stir-fry evenly.
