Korean Braised Pork with King Oyster Mushroom
Ingredients: Pork Belly (appropriate amount) King Oyster Mushroom (appropriate amount)
Accessories: Ginger (appropriate amount) Cinnamon (appropriate amount) ) Star anise (appropriate amount) Bay leaves (appropriate amount)
Preparation method:
1. Process the main ingredients, cut the pork belly into mahjong pieces, and cut the king oyster mushroom into hob pieces.
2. Put the pork belly in cold water and bring to a boil to cook out the blood foam and impurities.
3. Pour a little oil into the pot, add the blanched pork belly, and stir-fry. Stir-fry until the pork belly turns brown and spits out the oil.
4. Add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves, and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Pour in enough boiling water to cover the meat, because king oyster mushrooms will be added later. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of rock sugar, and appropriate amount of salt.
6. Pour in the king oyster mushrooms, add 2 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, and simmer over low heat until the soup becomes thick.
