Practice
1. Eggplant cleaned and cut into pieces and then soaked in water for half an hour to dry and set aside, ginger, garlic and green onion chopped and set aside.
2. Eggplant with hot oil dragged a little fish.
3. Ginger and garlic frying pan, the next eggplant and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine stir fry for a few moments, add the right amount of water, 2 teaspoons of abalone sauce and the right amount of salt and chicken and a little sugar stir fry evenly, then reduce the heat to cover the lid of the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes need to be halfway through the stirring 1-2 times to avoid staining the pot.
4. When the eggplant is simmering and the sauce is almost dry, sprinkle sesame oil and chopped green onion and stir-fry a few times.
