working methods
1. Rinse with water and soak in a bowl (6-8 hours) until the bird's nest is basically open. If there is a foreign object, pick it up with tweezers.
2. Then tear it by hand along the grain and put it into the stew.
3. Inject a proper amount of purified water to soak the bird's nest about 1cm (water should not exceed 7/ 10).
4. Put the red dates, medlar and rock sugar together in the rice cooker and cook for 30-40 minutes.
There is an easier way: stew bird's nest, as above. After the bird's nest is stewed, you can add rock sugar, red dates, honey and other seasonings according to your personal taste.
Tips:
The dosage of dried nests is 3-5g per person each time.
Eating before going to bed and eating on an empty stomach in the morning is most beneficial to absorption and has better effect.
Bird's nest lotus seed soup

Materials: bird's nest ear 25g, fresh lily 120g, fresh lotus seed 30g, medlar 5g. 100g rock sugar, three red dates and 3 glasses of water.

1. Soak the bird's nest ears in clear water for 2 hours, remove pedicels and impurities, then tear them into small flowers, add 4 cups of water, steam them for half an hour, and take them out for later use;
