Materials:
Pleurotus eryngii, Flammulina velutipes, Lentinus edodes, eggs, ham sausage, coriander, ginger, salt, oil and water.
Practice:
Remove the roots of mushrooms and slice them. Flammulina velutipes is rooted and picked into small flowers. Remove the roots of Pleurotus eryngii.
Wash coriander, cut into small pieces, and shred ham sausage.
Knock the eggs into the bowl and break them up with chopsticks.
