1. Planting time
Wingled beans are not cold-tolerant, so the best planting time is in spring and summer. When the temperature rises above 20 degrees in spring, they can be planted. After sowing, suitable temperatures will help the seeds germinate. Sowing can be done from March to June every year. The climate in the north and south is different, so the planting time is also different. The temperature in the greenhouse is relatively high, so seeds can be planted all year round.
2. Preparing the soil
Wingled beans do not have high requirements for soil. As long as the soil is not poor or compacted, it is best to provide loose, breathable soil without diseases and insect pests, in advance. Apply basal fertilizer to the soil, plow it deeply, clean it, disinfect it and expose it to the sun.
3. Sowing
Prepare full seeds in advance, organize the soil, dig small holes, prepare the seeds for germination, and then sow the seeds. Bury 2-3 seeds in the pit, cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil, and then cover them with a thin film to increase temperature and humidity.
4. Transplanting and planting
Strengthen management after seedling emergence. When the seedlings grow 3 true leaves, they can be transplanted in about a month. When transplanting, choose a day with sunny weather and avoid transplanting on rainy days.
5. Later management
Wingled beans prefer water and are suitable for growing in a humid environment. They need to be watered in time, pay attention to top dressing, and do a good job of weeding regularly.
